windows update KB967715

Everyday when I boot up Windows update gives me the same update to install. I
even did a clean install of windows XP Home and this did not help. This has
been going on for a month now. I have a dell Dimension E510 Media
Center.Thanks Joe

Since this is a Dell system it's likely that Roxio's DLA is installed.
Either disable it from running, uninstall DLA or see:
