Windows Update Issues

I just reloaded win2k pro and am trying to use windows
update but keep getting errors. Need help. Also
everytime I try to update from within the Microsoft pages
I get a 403 forbidden error. Why....

Thanks for the reply. However this is not the issue, the
windows update is a busy server issue. However the 403
forbidden error is another issue, I am running a firewall
and virus protectection and still have these issues?????
Some web pages dont load as they should as well. Cant
download from them either.
