Windows Update Issue

When I downloaded the following "Update" on Microsoft web
site, I can downlod "Windows Blaster Worm Removal Tool,
cat.# KB833330" but the "Instal process" repeatedly
fails. Any reason why this won't install on my computer??
I was using the "scan for updates" feature on the update
site.

Reboot the computer
Disable all unnecessary applications including anti virus.
Install by double-clicking the icon.
Follow prompts and reboot.
