Windows Update Error???

Just installed fresh copy of WinXP Pro on brand new
computer, and when I goto Windows Update I get page
error... "0x800A138F" which will not let it scan for
updates... NO other software is installed on the
computer at all, just OS, no anti-virus, etc. Tried
downloading XP service pack 1, and installed it okay and
made no difference... Any thoughts???
