Windows Update Error

I just reloaded a Dell Latitude notebook PC with Windows 2000 Pro; updated
IE to version 6 SP1; updated W2K to SP3 and installed MS Office 2000. When I
clicked on the link to scan for updates, I received a Windows update error
and the list of updates refused to be displayed. The error number was
0x800A138F. I then successfully update W2K to SP4, but still had the problem
with windows update.

Can you help me troubleshoot this problem?
