Windows Update error

IBM Netiva running Windows 2000 Pro.
Using Windows Update from my Start button, I have been
trying for several days to update the following: Security
Update for Microsoft Data Access Components (823718). The
update has failed each time. If I read the information
correctly, "Data Access" has to do with Windows and not MS
Access, which I do not have installed on my computer. All
other Windows Updates have been successfully updated.
Any help would be appreciated. If I don't need to worry
about this update not being on my computer,that would be
good to know also.
