Windows Update Error

Since 1/25/05 when this update appeared I have had a problem downloading it.
All other updates download with no problem. Help... How can I stop it???

Update name: ATI Technologies, Inc - Video - MOBILITY RADEON 9200
Device Error: "Windows could not load the installer for display, Contact
your hadware vendor for assistance."
POPUP window, " Insallation Failure, error code: 800F020D"

I have tried everything to find this error code to stopping the download. I
cant seem to figure it out.

HELP!!
