Windows Update Error 0x80072F76

Frustrated

Hello all,
I have just upgraded to Windows XP Professional from
Window ME. I have also installed SP1.
Now I am unable to get past this error "0x800072F76" to
do any further updates. I have found this error in the
Knowledge Database and have gone through the suggestions
with no luck.
Any suggestions to my dilemma would be greatly
appreciated.
