Windows Update drivers

Hi

Windows update shows a driver update for my Geforce 4 mx
440 card but I have updated to the latest drivers from
the Nvidia website that is dated April 2004. the one on
Windows update is dated from Oct 2003. I don't wanna go
back a driver is there any way from removing this when I
scan for updates? The personalise option doesnt let me
remove this type of update.
