Windows Update disappeared from start menu

All of a sudden the Windows Update which was pinned to the start menu at
install has disappeared.

How do I restore it to the Start menu?
 
Click the 'Windows' button.
Select 'All Programs'
Navigate to 'Windows Update' in the list.
Right click the 'Windows Update' option, and select 'Pin to Start Menu' from
the list of options.
