Windows Update: Cannot Display Page

I cannot update windows with the latest security patches
because I receive the message "Page Cannot Be Displayed".
I can access the website, but I get this error message
whenever I go into the downloads section. Help is
appreciated!

Hi Bob,

First things first, try deleting Temporary Internet Files - Control
Panel/Internet Options/General tab, click on "delete files". Then retry the
update site. If it doesn't help, locate the WindowsUpdate.log file under
\Windows or \Winnt. Open it and scroll to the bottom. Look at the error
codes and compare them against this site:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
