Windows Update Breaks IE 6

Earlier today I installed WhatEverItWas that Windows Update wanted installed
(WinPro 2K). IE 6 now seems to be basically broken. I haven't found any
complex webpage that renders properly (the MS support webpages are pretty
useless when viewed with IE).

Help-> About gives me the following

Versions 6.0.2800.1106
Update Versions Sp1; Q823353

Is this a known problem - maybe a solution :-)

Hmm, must be some kind of Update problem here. Two shutdown cycles later
(one on top of the one following the update was not enough) all seems to be
fine.
