or software change

i can start in safe mode

system resore fails

any suggestions

Hi,

As you are able to get to Safe mode, uninstall the new updates. Control
Panel/Add & remove, look for the new hotfixes. If you installed a driver
update, use the rollback feature found on the driver tab of the hardware
piece's properties in device manager (control panel/system/hardware tab).
