windows update "access denied"

Hi people

I am told "access denied" when I try to install update "WindowsXP-KB824105-x86-PTB.exe". There was no problem trying to install anyone else, only with this one

I have been through a website that told to do whats below, but i did not wor
For Windows XP Pro

Start/Run/gpedit.msc. User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Windows Update. In the right pane, double click, Remove access to all Windows Update Features and set it to disabled

Can anybody help out here
