Windows Unlimited Simultaneous Sessions

As far as I know, Windows as a platform doesn't have the
concept of Limited Simultaneous Sessions (eg. Netware's
Concurrent Sessions).

I tried but didn't find any doc expliciting saying so. I
only found a few KBs telling how to workaround this.

Is there any Microsoft literature where I can get this
information?

There are a number of ways to do this, such as using the CCONNECT.EXE
