I have just installed WinXP Pro. On my toolbar, when you
place the mouse pointer on an icon, the flag that comes up
giving the icon's description is behind the toolbar not in
front. Consequently you can't read it. Ant thoughts on a
fix?

If you mean the TaskBar - this does happen from time to
time

Right click an empty space on the Taskbar and Unlock

Now hover your Mouse over the top edge - when the Pointer
changes - 'push' the Taskbar right down - then 'pull' it
up again - re-lock the Taskbar - your ToolTips should now
be in front

It is liable to happen again tho' - I've given up doing
it!

I agree with Lesley about this just being one of those XP things that we
all get know and love. My workaround is to log off and then log back on
again.
