Windows title bar probs

I have just got a brand new pc with XP, upon startup The
whole system is in English as I requested however after
setup was completed all my windows title bars and the
Ok,Cancel buttons at the bottoms of some windows are in
Spanish !!!!!!although everything in the window is
English any ideas on how to change these into English so
my Entire sytem is English.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options
and change all settings to English.
