windows text changed

when i turned on my computer this morning all the text had changed to
something that looks like random characters. a virus scan came up ok,and
restore did not fix it.
some text is normal on installation programs, such as norton.

You may have changed the language to something to that isn't going to look
right to you. Or something many be very corrupt.

I am not sure but may be your fonts get deleted. Try to put the basic fonts
in windows/fonts and then reboot.
