Windows task manager??

Signal is pegging. The router is across the room, ~ 10ft.
I found a couple of references to this problem with no real fix.
I'll just have to remember to "exit" the Netgear Smart Config. whenever I
reboot.
At least the problem was found w/o giving up and reformatting, which might
not have fixed problem anyway.

This clock is ok, central time. I did make a couple of posts with the other
system and it's off.
Will follow your suggestion on running diagnostics on this HD.

I want to THANK YOU for all your time and suggestions.
As you stated in an earlier post, it's can be a learning situation and it
was/is.
Several of these post I've printed out for references, ie Process Explorer.
(never heard of that one)
