Windows Task Bar Doubles in size

I just installed an ATI/Critical Radeon 9600SE Video Card with Catalyst
Driver Suite V4.5. Since doing so, my Windows Task Bar will double or
triple in height when ever the Quick Launch Tool Bar is activated. and it
cannot be reduced to normal until Quick launch is deactivated.

Looking at ATI's support site they say to look at Microsoft OLEDB Provider
for ODBC Drivers error 80040E57. At this point I am lost.

Can any one suggest how I can resolve the problem.

Make sure all toolbars are on one row. Not on top of one another.

The rows can only be changed if Quick Launch is turned off.
