\windows\system32\config\system problems...

Ok... on a Dell with XP, when you get the boot error missing or corrupted file \windows\system32\config\system and you haven't backed up your system in a while and can't afford to lose all your data... there has to be a way to download the corrupted file and load it back on through bios so you don't have to reinstall the system and lose data, right?
