I need to know how and if I can replace the
windows\system\shell32.dll file. When I run Norton's
Windoctor I get this error message, Windoctor is unable
to repair this file.

windows\system\shell32.DLL cannot be used. The icon file
might have been deleted or the .dll might be corrupt.

If anyone else has encountered this problem, I found a
way to fix it. The shell32.dll file is located in the
Windows\System32 folder. Just locate the shell32.dll file
in the system32 folder and copy it, then paste it into
the Windows\System folder. No more error.
