It already is a .wav file. But if you want to change which .wav file, click
Start - Control Panel - Sounds, Speech and Audio Devices - Change The Sound
Scheme

Hi there,

Start/Control Panel/Sounds

Then highlight "Start Windows" in th eprogram events box and navigate
to the .wav of your choice.
