Windows XP Home Edition

My computer won't start up properly, instead it displays the options for
Safe mode, the Last known Suitable Configuration and Normal Start-up. My
problem is that there seems to be no options for reverting the drive to an
earlier time - I've tried going into safe mode and opening the Revert Drive
program but there really are no options for reverting. Any suggestions?

Choose safe mode with command prompt, and run the command:

%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
