windows start up programs

When I first start up my computer I have started getting a dialog box
stating that Windows has blocked some start up programs. I did stop a
program from starting using the msconfig start program function. This
happened before and I was able to stop this from happening but forgot how.
I'm using Vista Business. Everything else with my Vista works great.

Go back to MSCONFIG, restart the program.. when its icon appears in the
notification area, right click on it and look for options to 'start with
Windows' or similar..
