Windows has blocked some start up programs...

First, I did a serch on the subject and read a lot about this but couldnot
find what I am looking for.

Every time I start my laptop I get this message: "WINDOWS HAS BLOCKED SOME
START UP PROGRAMS, CLICK ON...."

Now I know that widows blocked some programs because I ran MSCONFIG and de
selected some programs so that they would not run at start-up.

What I do not want is for this pop-up windows to show again and again every
time I start the computer. How do you stop windows (Vista Business) from
"notifying me" How do you kill this pop-up?

Shawn, those 'tutorials' you link to are the most convoluted and
confusing I've ever read.

You are definitely unprepared to do anything but play Solitaire with
your computer. Bundle it all up and donatee it to the nearest
Salvation Army resale shop.

Oh wait, it was Shawn. The jpgs aren't showing up. It is step by
step, I'll give him that.

I still say you should donate your computer to the Salvation Army.
You lack the necessary intelligence to use it.

It is CLEAR that to view jpgs, you must be registered on the forum.

All you have/had to do is/was click the name of the jpg and you will
be led to the explanation and to the registration form.

I don't believe there is a tutorial for filling out the form. Got an
eight-year-old handy to help you?

Why not add the jpg where it's needed rather than saying it's below or
above? How confusing.

Vista is 'so secure' that some programs just won't run at startup; even when
you give them admin permissions.
I think that is poor programming by the OS maker...
I don't need protected from myself, but apparently MS hired a bunch of laid
off AOL programmers, so Vista is actually AOL 10...
As a workaround, you can add the program as a Scheduled Task and it should
run.
