windows SP2 firewall will no run

I cannot run the firewall in Windows XP Home SP2 after
installing Antispyware (Beta) from Microsoft. I receive
following message: "cannot start windows firewall/internet
connection sharing(ICS)service". Is this a problem with
the antispyware or do I have a software problem elseware?

U MAY WELL HAVE FOUND OUT BY NOW! BUT HERE GOES ANYWAY I
HAD SAME PROB, FOUND THE ANSWER THRO, BILL SANDERSON. GO
TO ACCESSORIES LAUNCH COMMAND PROMT TYPE IN netsh winsock
reset PRESS ENTER THEN RESTART COMPUTER "BINGO"
