David

Since installing SP2 I have started seeing the following
crashes. This one below occurred while working in Word
2000. This crash was an instant black screen reboot. I
was not having any problems before installing SP2. All
patches and drivers are uptodate.

Has anyone seen this or know how to fix this?

Thanks in advance

Open up an internet connection. Open up event viewer.
Check for red colored entries in system and application
around the time of the your error. Select the microsoft
link and reply yes. This will open an microsoft help and
support on the error.

Need helP. Open help and support and search for "event
viewer"

Larry,
Thanks for the reply, but I had already check this. There are no red
colored application or system event entries in the lists. That is what makes
this so puzzling. Other than installing SP2, everything (SW and HW
configurations) are the same.
