Windows XP Blue Screen issues

I have a user who we are having trouble with they keep getting a blue screen. I have attaced the dumpchk analysis any ideas on what causing it as the BugCheckCode seems very generic.

Hi aratley,
Try F8 option during windows start up and load the option "Disable automatic restart on system failure" so the BSOD stays on screen. Then write down the 0x0000 codes you see and post back, these will saw us what caused the problem.
