Windows XP Blue screen playing games, Help!!

I've just purchased a new motherboard, 2gb ram and PSU and also a XFX 9800gt. When i'm playing games, only, i get the blue screen. It didn't do it for a couple of days. I've ran windows dumpchk and it gave the following, i'm not able to see what the blue screen says because it flashing on/off really quick. I've also ran MEMTEST and it came back with no errors:

I've only just formatted my PC and haven't installed anything except for the newest Nvidia driver and a game.

Any ideas?

Disable automatic restart on error as a first.

System Properties>Advanced>Startup and Recovery>Automatically Restart.

That will tell you what is failing.
