Windows Sound Recorder limit

Is there some way to override the default 60-second limit
on the Win Sound Recorder so that it will record
continuously beyond that point?

Get Audacity (free) or Goldwave (slight fee) then you can record to your
heart's content and edit the sound files. Search via Google to download
them.
