Error Reads: only one usage of each socket address
(protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted
(10048), on API 'bind'. What do I need to do?

Please repost with details about your computer and this problem. When
does it occur? What are you doing when it happens? Did the error always
happen or is this something new? What changed? How do you connect to
the Internet - method and ISP? Do you have a current antivirus using
updated definitions installed? Are you using a firewall? Is your
computer fully patched from Windows Update?
