hi, i was takin to one of my friends on aim and she send
me a link which i clicked and it downloaded a virus on my
comptuer, which brought up an error box (a new one pops up
ever 30 secons or so) that says "Windows socket error:
Only usage of each socket address (protocol/network
address/port) is normaly permitted (10048), on API "bind".
so i ran norton antivius and it came up empty, i ceared
out my temparty internet foder and delete teh saved file,
but the error kept comming up. I restarted the comptuer
and now my startbar and icnons wont show up, and i cant
right click on the desktop. i tried doing this--- Press
Control+Alt+Delete keys

Select the File menu, then New Task (Run).
(The dialog box for Create New Task opens)
Type in "Explorer" (without the quotes)
Press OK button.
---but the error kept started comming up again. ne help
would be appericated becuase if noone can help im gonna
just reformat my harddrive
