Windows Shutdown

This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM and it gives 60 seconds
to shutdown and starts counting down. I looked online and thought I had it
solved by deleting the "msblast.exe" file and removing it from the registry
but I am still having the problem.
Please help
