Windows Shutdown dialog box

Hello,

I've got one server that is missing the shutdown, and
restart options from this dialog box. The only option
that is there is to log off.

Can't find any info relating to this problem in the
knowledgebase, Technet, or on Google. I don't see in
changes that can be made to local security policy that
would affect this. Is there a registry setting for this?

Any suggestions?

(W2K Server SP4 all patches)

hi not 100% but i think you have to log off sever before you can shut down
