windows sharepoint services error when uploading with FrontPage 20

Current web site in place for almost a year now, modified/updated almost
daily using FrontPage 2003, Linux/Unix based server...

Problem: last week while trying to upload a few small pictures (160 kb +/-)
of which is something I do/have done hundreds of times, for some reason the
importing files pop up box just sits there and says importing files for
approx 5-10 mins then I get another pop up error message that says: "Server
sent response FrontPage could not parse. If trying to connect to Windows
SharePoint Services Server, check with server administrator to check if
Windows SharePoint Services is installed proplerly."

Well I check with my web hosting company through numerous tech support calls
from lower level techs on up to Executive Response Team and no one seems to
be able to tell me what the heck is the problem. Could someone PLEASE help
me. I can not upload anything to my site and I cannot modify any pictures
currently on the site. The only thing I can do is edit simple text or delete
things, it lets me save the current page if I keep it simple, however any
time I try to upload anything it hangs up until the Win SP Serv error appears
then it seems to jam the server connection resulting in me having to close
out of FP, clear historys and wait awhile before I try again.

HELP!! PLEASE

Maybe you have reached your web size limit for the hosting package you are
on?

Not even close, only using 1.3% of 250mb
