Windows Services for Unix

I loaded "Windows Services for UNIX 2.0" on a system
running Windows 2000 Advanced Server. When I launch the
Services for UNIX administrator program it loads and the
initial window of the administrator program comes up, but
it only stays on the screen for a few seconds and then
just closes. So I can't get into the Services for UNIX
administrator program to do any configuration. Has anyone
seen this happen before and know of a solution. Help
please.

Jody:
What are you trying to do with the Services? Why not simply use a Linux box
and SSH or telnet?

There is a version 3. It's supposed to be better. Version 2 is very old and really was for Windows NT. I don't think version 2 is is on the list for compatible programs with Windows 2000.

All I need is the nfs feature. The unix server needs to
write to a drive on the Win2k server and that is working
just fine. I just can't run the administrator program
from the Win2k server.
