Windows Server 2003 Fax Routing and Vista print problem

Hi,

when I receive a fax from Windows Server 2003 fax routing it appears as a
TIFF attachment. When opening the image it will be displayed on my Vista
machine correct. But when I try to print it the image has a wrong
orientation and is stretched. I tried nearly everything but I don't get it
printed out correct. When printing the same on a Windows XP machine
everythings looks correct. Opening it in Photoshop 6 it is stretched, too.

Is it possible to change the output format e.g. to PDF (without third-party
software)?

Regards,
Michael

I have the same problem. I spent 7 hours on the phone yesterday with both
Vista and Microsoft Office and neither were able to fix the problem. They
finally blamed the issue on the printer configuration then told me to contact
HP. I did contact HP, but there was no resolution there either. Please let
me know if you find a solution to the problem and I will do the same. Thanks

I have created a support call for this... will report when I got a solution.
