windows security

I cannot get into my windows mail. Every time I try, the windows security
pops up and asks for my user name and password for my server. I do not have a
clue what that is and have tried everything I can think of. I am a computer
"dummy" and need help! Have multipule emails that come in through windows
too. Thanks!
