Windows Security POP3

I am getting a message now (never had it before) can someone tell me if this
is generated from Windows Security of my server?

Logon to POP.charter.net

It then has a box for my user name and Password. It won't let me complete
any of the information in the password box.

In addition, I have gone in and reapplied all of my settings and the box
still pops up.

This is a problem, I can not send or receive email. IT continues to tell me
that I have an error message, no password.

HELP
 
same thing 4 me with logon to pop.mail.yahoo.com.
Let me know if u solve and i'll do same. gl
