Windows Security CenterAntivirus Override!!!

Spybot is telling me to remove the above
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\microsoft\Security
Center\AntivirusOverride!=dword 0 Registry Change, if that makes any sense to
anyone! Any suggestions as to what I should do please
