Windows Security Center Problem

Hi:

I have Windows XP Service Pack 2 (build 2600) installed and am having
problems with my Windows Security Center indicating that Virus Protection is
Not Found, even though I have the latest version of Norton AntiVirus with
updated definitions installed.

Does any know how I can get the Windows Security Center to acknowledge and
indicate that I have an AntiVirus program installed?

Any recommendations to resolve this issue short of changing AntiVirus
programs will greatly be appreciated. I apologize if this is the incorrect
Newsgroup for this posting.

Thanks

Turn off the AV notifications in security center, if you know that your
AV defs are up-to-date, until you find out from Symancrap what is the
problem with their crapware.
