Windows Search default data location

Having managed to recover my broken Windows Search service, now I want to
move the data files properly using the Indexing Options control panel applet.
Can anyone tell me what is the default location for the Vista Windows Search
service data files? Mine was originally in F:\Music which makes no sense at
all since F:\Music was a folder that I created myself to use as part of
testing a specific application.
