Since I scheduled Windows Defender Beta 2
for a daily scan, I have each day, several times,
the follow message:

My German isn't up to this job, but here's what I think this means:

You have checked the tools, options checkbox to:

Choose if Windows Defender should notify you about:
Changes made to your computer by software that is permitted to run.

Windows Defender is "software that is permitted to run."

You have set a daily scheduled scan.

Windows Defender changes your computer by re-scheduling this job each time
it starts up.

If you only start your machine once, you should see this only once, I
believe.
