windows repair/instalation

My Windows after serious error do not work, when I am trying with windows CD
repair (R) or again write Windows, computer starting examing disc and nothing
happens and after long time (I wait more then 15 hours...). What it is mean?
How I can solve this problem?
 
It probably means that your hard drive is damaged, or at least, disabled in
some way. I would have it repaired.
