I have a customer using a wireless router connected to a DSL line that
someone had setup a remote desktop connection that shortly afterwards quit
working. The remote site can not accessor find the host pc. I have spoken
with linksys about it but they do not seem to know much about how it should
be configured they suggested it be changed to PC Anywhere. Any help with
what ports need to be open etc.. on this would be appreciated.

For Remote Desktop, configure the router to forward TCP port 3389 to
the host pc.
