windows recovery disk

Hello! I have a thinkpad running windows 2000 that has
crashed or is just showing a blue screen and blinking
cusor. I can do nothing else. I need to know how to
obtain a recovery disk. I can't boot in safe mode. Thank
You for any help.

Boot from the Windows 2000 CD-Rom or setup disks to start the repair
process.
