Windows popping up

I don't know what they are being caused by, but every
time I open an explorer window, windows pop up and I have
3 different pop up blockers and I have virus scanned
using 3 different scanners and scanned for spy and adware
using 4 different spy/ad scanners and they still pop up.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi there a,
Boot into Safe Mode (F8) at startup;
Empty your temporary files AND your Temporary Internet Files C:\Documents
and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder ;
Run the scan while in safe mode;
If you are running SP2, open IE--->Tools--->Manage Add-ons, and uncheck any
BHO's that you don't recognize.
