WINDOWS PICTURE VIEWER

Int he past, in Windows XP, when I plugged in my digital
camera to the computer, picturre viewer automatically dame
up. Today, it did not come up. The evnt sound played and
explorer recognized the camera. Why did it not come up
automatically like it did before? Is there a setting I
can chanage abd how do I do it?

Hi Brian,

First, make sure the removable device has it's Autoplay settings configured
properly. Plug in your camera. In My Computer, right-click the removable
drive, click Properties, then click the AutoPlay tab. Make sure "Prompt me
each time to choose an action" is selected. Then unplug and replug in your
camera. If you don't see your camera after plugging it in or this doesn't
help, then please see the following KB article.

Hi, I am also having a problem. I used to put the card from my digital camersa in the slot and the windows viewer would upload it,. Now I just cannot even find it. It just disappeared. I do not connect the camera, just the compact flash. Can you help me
