Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

Cam some one help me to find windows picture and fax viewer in windows XP
Home Edition? Thanks in advance. Oder.
 
It's powered by a DLL named Shimgvw.dll. Can be run using Rundll32.exe command with appropriate parameters, but the UI does not provide much option for you to open/close files. It can only be used for Previews.

I thought the exe was in the system32 folder but I can't find it.
